Landscape Plan by Susan Hall for Units 1104-1106

This approved Landscape Plan is donated to Parkside by Mr. and Mrs. Sheinkopf (Unit 1104) and Mr. and Mrs.Castrina (Unit 1106) as a template for other owners. Prepared by Susan Hall, Landscape Architect, it uses plantings consistent with the Master Landscape Plan (see recommended shrub and ground cover lists on this site), selected for little or no maintenance requirements. Low/no maintenance plantings help reduce community Landscape maintenance costs. In addition, the plantings selected are native or planting zone appropriate, hardy and disease resistant, and add color with year round blooms. Click here to view the plan.

This plan includes both Common and Limited Common areas. Some owners like to do their own planting (be sure and submit your request to plant in advance to the LC for approval), some of us don’t have a “green thumb, ” either way, “go green!” Please note, three 10-12 FT Christmas Palms to replace Common area removed diseased Palms, are included in the pricing and paid for by the Sheinkopfs and Castrina’s as a donation to the beautification of Parkside.
