Maintenance Requests

All maintenance requests should be submitted to the Association by using the Leland website: Click here to access our login/password-protected site for owners. Once there: If you do not yet have a login and password click “Login Request Form” and Leland will email a login and password back to the submitted e-address. Otherwise, click on “Resident Login,” enter your login name and password, and you're there!

To submit a service/maintenance request, follow the instructions above to login.
On the left menu, at Account Info, click on the down arrow, then click on "Request Maintenance”.
Enter the required data and nature of request; click “Request”

Please do not submit multiple work orders for the same job. If your work is not done within a reasonable period of time, call Brenda Clark at Leland, 321-214-2403. If you cannot access the website form, please contact Leland Management Company for assistance at 321-593-4430.

In general, residents are responsible for ALL exterior maintance of their unit, and for all landscaping care in their Limited Common Areas. There are some exceptions for exterior painting, lawn(grass) care, and certain trees. However, you are NOT responsible for, nor ALLOWED to, maintain or modify any part of the COMMON area (including natural hammocks, along fence lines, etc). Please refer to our Documents and Policies sections for more detail.
