We'd like to keep you as informed as possible by posting news of upcoming and past events, and by giving you easy access to the  facts and information about our community.

• the Official Governing Documents These have been retrieved from the Brevard County Clerk of Courts website, and are gathered here for your convenience. Every resident should have a copy of these, as they are the legally binding Covenants and Bylaws of our community and Association.

• the Guide to Easy Living which is an easier-to-read summary of our rules and regulations, plus an assortment of other information that you may find useful regarding our community.

• Wind Mitigation Forms for each building. Talk to you insurance agent for more information about whether these may be of use in reducing your insurance premium.

If you're an owner, a Resident Directory is also available. We don't publishing it here to protect our resident's privacy, but you can request one by email here.

What we do publish is our roster of current Board members, who are elected for staggered two-years terms at the Annual Member Meeting. Currently, they are:
